Shipping Accuracy Check your addresses of delivery carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to be rerouted. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the confirmed order message/email.

Limited-service delivery – Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO or International addresses. The service at this time is limited to geographical points within Trivandrum, Kerala, India.

Refunds and Replacements Due to the perishable nature of the products, Tastetre do not accept returns. However, the vendor partner may process your request at his own terms. Tastetre do not take any responsibility whatsoever for the decisions made by the vendor partner in terms of returns or replacement. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us or the vendor within 3 days from receiving your order through written email. Tastetre reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.

Ordering Policy Orders can be placed over the web portal 24 hours and 7 days a week via www.tastetre.com. For security purposes we do not accept order information via email.

Cancellation policy or change of order Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us before the stipulated time in the website, the same business day. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation.

Handling and Freshness All products handled by Tastetre are directly from the vendor place and Tastetre makes atmost care to uphold the freshness to the shipment.

Please freeze the products immediately upon receipt as required or recommended by the vendor/producer. Products must remain frozen until they are ready to be consumed. Failure to report spoilage within 48 hours of receiving the order will be at the loss of the consumer. Other defects must be reported within 3 days from receipt of order.
